All 3 members of the Blacklist stand in a white room, laughing into the camera. Jack Darling steps forward and simply says, “This is our playground.”
An assortment of fireworks go off as the camera swings over to the announcing team.
Todd Evans: Welcome everyone to TGW Retribution! I am Todd Evans along side my partner Scott Parker. We are excited to be here tonight in Detroit as TGW steps out of San Diego, California for the first time and we have a big main event for you.
Scott Parker: That's right. Tonight we will have a 2 fall main event with both titles on the line. It should be a great match! Just like last month, some of the show will be covered here via the live feed and we will switch at times to our good friend, Stan Brooks. Stan has been covering Animosity for you and has been doing a great job. He will cover most of the show for you, but we have your main event here on the live feed. Let's not waste anytime, send it his way, and start off out night!
Alyson Starr Vs. Micheal Hyde
Hello everyone, Stan Brooks here and we have a great show for you. We are starting off with two promising upstarts. Alyson Starr and Micheal Hyde are ready to go!
The ref rings the bell, and Retribution gets officially underway - Alyson Starr's a hot prospect who had a very strong debut against David D'Angelo, while Micheal Hyde's a bit of a disturbing figure who set out an open challenge last week - nobody on the roster took him up on it, but it looks like they're going to see first hand what Hyde's all about.
The two of them circle for a while, looking for weakneses, but finally tie with a tie-up. Starr however gets the quick advantage with a swift kick to the midsection, followed by a snapping right hand that jars Hyde and pushes him to the ropes. She follows up with a spinning right hand, but he smartly moves toward the turnbuckle. Starr turns Hyde around and grabs him by the hair in preparation for a smash face first into the turnbuckle, but Hyde blocks it and shoves Starr into the corner instead, ripping out a knife edge chop!
Hyde hits two more chops, then throws Starr off into the ropes and lifts her into a big back body drop! Starr rises to her feet holding her back, but Hyde is relentless, clapsing her and hitting a beautiful Belly to belly suplex! Starr absorbs the blow and slowly limps to her feet. Hyde circles and comes flying at Starr with a jumping clothesline, but Starr ducks and holds the top rope down, spilling Hyde to the outside!
The ref begins his ten count as Starr turns to the crowd and flourishes her arms, getting a nice cheer from the crowd for the display of ring savvy. The ref gets to four and Hyde finally rolls back in. Starr goes on the attack with a sliding dropkick. She scoops Hyde up and completes a harsh Snap Suplex, and expertly floats over into the pin. Two count!
Starr looks a little annoyed but picks Hyde up again, Hyde hits her with a hard chop but Starr ignores the pain long enough to get behind Hyde and bring him down with a drop toe hold, Starr goes to the top rope, and LEAPS off with a front flip leg drop - but misses, as Hyde rolls out of the way. Starr flops around on the mat grabbing at her leg, Hyde pulls himself up with use of the ropes. Starr gets up, and runs at Hyde, going for another climbing enzuigiri but Hyde has other ideas, picking her up and into a brutal powerslam! Hyde hooks the leg… two.
Hyde picks up Starr after the near-fall and sends her off into the far turnbuckle, he comes in looking for a clothesline but Starr baseball slides underneath the attack! Hyde slams chest-first into the turnbuckle, and Starr capitalizes with a reverse DDT! Starr drags him away from the ropes and nails a twisting springboard moonsault - Hyde JUST gets out of the move.
Evans: Wow! Hyde and Starr are really turning it up here, and this is only the opening match!
Starr slowly rises, picking Hyde up as well. Starr and Hyde clinch until Starr takes Hyde over with an arm drag. Hyde flips onto his feet though and runs, taking Starr down with a flying forearm. Starr gets up quickly, a bit dazed she turns and sees Hyde attempt a dropkick, which Starr dodges and flips over attempting to land on the falling Hyde, but he rolls out the way and gets up first, whipping her into the ropes, but Starr holds them down. Hyde charges toward Starr and DIVES toward her knocking them both off the ropes. They crash to the mats outside, and the D is loving what they're seeing so far. Starr is up first to the crowd's delight, she quickly climbs onto the apron and looks back toward Hyde. Starr jumps onto the top rope, then springboards off, hitting the a hurricanrana to Hyde on the outside!
Starr is first up as she picks herself up, she then turns to see Hyde climbing to his feet using the ring steps. Starr rushes Hyde, she leaps on the ring steps with a flipping body press, but Hyde ducks. Starr rolls onto her back and gets to her feet, she turns to run at Hyde. Hyde grabs Starr and flapjacks her into the ring steps, Starr bounces off with an agonized look. Hyde looks down at Starr and seems to smile as he rolls her under the ring and goes for a pinfall.
Two! Hyde lifts Starr into the Joybuzzer, but she evades, rolling off his back and tripping him up. She goes to the top rope, maybe looking for a finishing move - but Hyde rushes the ropes, clearly playing possum to get her up there. Instant Smile from the top rope, and Hyde picks up an easy pinfall in the opening match.
Winner: Micheal Hyde
What a great start to the show. I'm looking forward to the next match because of how Q lost last week. He left the match after seemingly being bored. This week he is up against Reina Morgan of the Blacklist. What can the Blacklist get done tonight?
Q Vs. Reina Morgan
Q and Reina begin to circle the ring, both looking set to go as Q closes the distance with Reina. Reina attempts a forearm shot, but Q weaves out of the way and drives a stiff kick into Reina's leg, dropping her to one knee. Q then hooks her head in a headlock and squeezes, causing Reina to get up to both her feet, then launch him towards the ropes, he comes back and she goes for a dropkick - but Q stops, causing her to drop to the canvas missing him. He then waits for her to stand before walking and taking Reina down HARD with a clothesline.
Q lifts Reina to her feet, then he drives a knee into her gut. Reina reels back and bites her lip. She comes forward looking for an arcing kick but Q blocks it, catching her in a one arm slam position. He jumps up into the air and drives her to the canvas with a spinning one arm slam. Q quickly gets up to his feet and stalks Reina for a bit and goes for a crab, but Reina spins around and kicks him in the gut, causing Q to drop to a knee - the crowd boos, and Reina gets a little breather rolling out of the ring. They rise to their feet, Reina rolls back into the ring, and they exchange right hands. Finally, Q lunges forward with a haymaker, but Reina scoots away and jumps into the tilt a whirl headscissors, reeling him through the ropes. Reina brushes the hair from her face and runs to the opposite corner, knocking him out with a suicide dive as he gets up. She slowly rises with a big smirk and gives the camera a middle finger.
Q slowly turns around in time to get a boot to the gut and his head chunked off the corner post, dropping him on his rear, holding his face. Q climbs to his feet, he turns just in time to duck a superkick attempt by Reina. When she turns around, Q hits a nasty sidekick of his own, then hooks her leg. Q drives Reina spine first into the turnbuckle, then drops her forward with the Fisherman Buster! And that just looks ugly.
Q sits up, and Reina pounds the canvas and curses holding her neck in pain. Q doesn't relent when he sees a good thing going and grabs Reina’s right arm, clanging it against the corner post. Reina rolls backwards holding her arm and tries to stagger away. Q doesn't seem like he's too willing for all of that, he grabs the arm, elbows it, and rolls her into the ring, whipping her shoulder first into the ropes. When she comes back, Q wraps her right limb and hits a cool armbreaker that just barely gets the two count.
Reina rolls to her left side and Q rises, looking pissed off at just getting a two count. He pulls her up - and Reina with the thumb to the eyes. Reina bounces off the ropes and goes for a running forearm, and Q ducks underneath - she rolls to her feet and he lifts her up and drives about five knees into her gut, hooks her into a suplex - she blocks it and pushes him into the ref. Q gives the downed ref a forlorn look before turning around, and Reina hits the low blow. Q reels away from Reina, she runs and spears him, launching him into the turnbuckle, and he slumps to the bottom. Reina jumps of the bottom rope and slides a dropkick to his chest.
She smirks at the crowd, giving them a sarcastic round of applause before turning around and locking him in the Cat's Meow at the ropes. Q grabs the ropes pretty much right away, but Reina laughs and cranks the pressure. Q looks forlorn as he keeps shaking the ropes - and finally another ref slides into the ring, telling Reina to break the hold. She STILL doesn't, and the ref has to give a 4 count before she let's go.
Reina starts chuckling as she drags him out of the corner and goes for a chop block - Q dances out of the way, scoops her up, and drops her with a DVD. Cover! One!
Two!
No!
He rolls into an armbar and torques it at a high angle. Reina slowly rises to her feet, Q shakes the arm, but Reina grits her teeth and counters into a tilt a whirl - then spins it into the Crack of the Whip out of nowhere. She flips into a pinning predicament - One!
Two!
Three!
Winner: Reina Morgan
A great start for the Blacklist sitting at 1 and 0. They have looked nothing but dominant since arriving here in TGW, which doesn't bode well for the others backstage.
Jack Darling Vs. Jordan Albrecht
Albrecht and Darling exchange waistlocks to start. Albrecht goes after the arm and grabs a hammerlock, but Darling quickly grabs the ropes, halting his momentum. Albrecht gets a quick armdrag on Darling after the break and then goes back to the hammerlock. Darling goes to his knees to escape, but Albrecht armdrags Darling to the mat again and goes for the leg scissors - this is a gutsy strategy in the early goings, trying to beat the decorated amateur on the ground. Albrecht adjusts to an armbar, but Darling fights out - he throws his hips forward and sends Albrecht forward, but he lands and hits a hiptoss of his own, then he goes back to the hammerlock. Darling tries the ropes, but Albrecht changes pace, going for a headscissors and rolling Darling to the mats outside. Albrecht follows him out with a double axe handle off the apron. Pretty old school. Albrecht rolls Darling back in and climbs up top, but Darling shakes the ropes, knocking him off the ropes and onto the ground.
The Bastard pounds Albrecht's head against the apron, backs up and runs into the turnbuckle - but Albrecht just barely gets out of the way. Darling rebounds, and Albrecht goes for the chinlock, but Darling reverses into a chinlock of his own. Albrecht fights up, but Darling knees him in the back. After a bit of struggling, he reaches the ropes. They circle again, then lock up, Albrecht goes for the Irish Whip and pays for it with a Darling forearm on the rebound. Regrouping, Albrecht goes for a hiptoss, but Darling blocks it with a clothesline and then hits a kneewrench. With Albrecht down, Darling comes off the middle rope with an elbow drop, but Jordan moves. Albrecht tries a knee drop, but Darling moves out of the way of that and then goes after that knee.
Darling slings Albrecht to the ground and makes his way with a series of rights and lefts. Albrecht tries to block them, but the force of the blows is going right through his hands. Darling moves towards Albrecht's legs and he goes for the Figure-Four. Albrecht frantically kicks him away, but Darling just hits an elbow drop undaunted. And another one, and another one. Albrecht finally rolls out of the way and hits a clubbing forearm, then another, then another. He goes to the ropes for momentum, but he stumbles just a little on the way back, and Darling hits the overhead suplex, then goes right to work on that knee. Albrecht gives a halfhearted attempt at another hammerlock, but there's too much blood in the water to go back to basics or slow the pace down - Darling throws him over his shoulders and goes for a kneebar center of the ring.
After a while, Darling releases the hold and takes a big swing at Albrecht that misses and Albrecht plants him into the mat with a cutthroat neck breaker. Albrecht doesn't go for the cover but instead goes to the middle rope and hits a splash. A cover gets two and Albrecht is heading back to the turnbuckle. This time he climbs to the top and leaps. Jack gets his knees up and it looks like he has knocked the wind out of Albrecht. He took a high risk strategy, trying to take the match slow and wear Darling out, but now he's taken heavy damage early - he's going to need to take bigger risks to slow Darling down, and that means Jack's got an easier time countering.
Darling now to his feet and is waiting on his opponent to get up. He fakes Death Via Darling, and Albrecht jumps back - which gives Darling an opening for a spinning shinbuster that puts him between his opponent and the ropes, and that's just good wrestling. Darling is back in control, hits a back breaker for two, then slaps on a sleeperhold. Albrecht waves his arms around for a while, getting the crowds support, fights back with a couple elbows, then runs to the ropes - he stumbles a second time, and Darling lights him up with a Death Via Darling that has the crowd cringing. Albrecht's knocked silly, and Darling gets the pinfall and the win.
Winner: Jack Darling
Darling is pulls Albrecht to his feet and this is not going to have a happy ending. Darling sets him up in a powerbomb position and hits the Just Stay Down (Ganzo Bomb)! Albrecht is out cold!
Trainers and medics are making their way down as Darling heads up the ramp. Albrecht is getting loaded up on a stretcher as the crowd is sitting in silence. Backstage we see AJ Adams getting ready, lacing up his boots. He grabs his title and heads out the door.
The camera has caught up with Q, making his way out to the parking lot after his hard-fought match with Reina Morgan. He totes along a rolling suitcase, dragging it behind him slowly as he gingerly makes his way towards his nuclear burnt orange Volkswagen.
'Q! Q! Please ... wait .... I ×huff× ... I want to get your thoughts on your confrontation with Reina Morgan. Q!'.
Q stops in mid-stride. Luggage coming to rests directly against the backs of his thighs, he turns and faces the interviewer and the camera now poked a few scant feet away from his face. Dressed in a casual ... well, actually not so casual black dress and a purple mesh tanktop, combat boots zipped to his mid-calf clomping along.
' ... What do you want me to say? That the better person won? That I have nothing but admiration for such a ... a ... '. He shakes his head, fists clenched tightly to his side. His head shaking violently, Q rears back and literally projectile vomits neon green paint at the woman.
Face drenched with it, the woman screams and clutches her eyes ... dropping to the ground as security personnel and medical staff rush to her aid. Before they get to her, Q squats before her and reaches down ... grabbing two handfuls of the woman's chest. He stands and shakes his head apathetically before muttering.
' ... gay indeed. Just because I have standards above Reina Morgan.'
He lets an exasperated huff crawl from his lips as he grabs his luggage once more with one hand, the other hand hiking the hem of his flowing dress lightly as he steps over her body and disappears, leaving the camera to fade on the chaotic scene.
Shane Magnus Vs. Teresa Quaranta
As the bell rings, Teresa is leaned back in the turnbuckle with a big grin on her face, signaling and mouthing "Two and Oh" at Magnus, who returns the look with a smirk of his own. Quaranta charges at Magnus, but runs right into a hip toss. Magnus rotates and is quickly on top of Quaranta with a front facelock which he wrenches on quite tight. He lifts her up a bit cutting off the blood flow to the brain, but she charges him backwards into the turnbuckles to break the hold. Quaranta spins around and goes to work with her specialty - uber stiff open hand chops and palm strikes. Quaranta unleashes a bevy of chops but The System is able to respond with a headbutt between blows that stuns Quaranta. He lifts Teresa up and spins her around, placing her on the top rope. Magnus then turns to the opposite corner of the ring and comes back, stepping up the ropes with a rushing knee! Quaranta staggers and falls off the top rope, hitting the apron on the way down to ringside as Magnus waves to the crowd for some kind of big spot! However, just as he's about to launch himself into the air, Magnus puts on the brakes and shakes his head - Quaranta buys the feint completely dropping to the floor. A few seconds later, she slowly rises, expecting to have seen Magnus flying overhead, instead, she gets a baseball slide to the chest.
He then grabs her by the head, and whips her hard into the turnbuckle! He heads all the way across ringside as Teresa Quaranta then turns and charges towards him with a roar...only to get met with a drop toehold that sends Teresa CRASHING against the turnbuckle. Teresa bounces off, spinning her arms wildly, and Magnus lifts her up and tosses him back into the ring. The System charges across the ring with an impressive senton backsplash - two count. He lifts Quaranta back up, but Quaranta cracks a kick across his chest that you can hear in the cheap seats and then thrusts her fingers into Magnus' throat - then hits a sick armdrag that send him flying across the ring.
Quaranta turns around and spreads her arms to the crowd, and gets booed natch. She turns around a Magnus hits a running forearm, and then follows up with more forearms before getting a thumb to the eye, Magnus clutches the eye and tries to get his composure back as Quaranta stalks him. She drops him with a lariat to the back and yells at him. Magnus quickly scrambles up and leg whips her, and then falls down, still holding his head.
It's not long until Teresa gets up, pouncing on him with a jumping curbstomp. She shoves him into the ropes, but Magnus hits a desperation kick to the head and rolls into a cover - two count!
Magnus rolls to the side, but Quaranta doesn’t let up, hauling him to his feet and delivering a series of stiff kicks to the chest. She rears back and goes for another kick - and Magnus catches it! The crowd gets wild as Teresa shakes her head back and forth, but Magnus grits his teeth and transfers into a devastating Gut Clench Slam! The referee starts a standing ten count as the two competitors struggle to their feet. They're both under a lot of pressure, Teresa looking to complete the sweep and Magnus looking to provide a bright spot for the TGW roster before this big main event. The finally meet the nine count.
The two of them circle, more warily this time. The two of them feint a few blows, Teresa draws on her martial arts background and throws a spinning kick that hits nothing but air. Magnus sweeps in and throws Quaranta into the ropes. Quaranta comes off the ropes and gets shot down with an arm drag. Quaranta gets back up and sends The System across the ring with an arm drag of her own. These two men know each other quite well. They lock up once more and Quaranta viciously attacks the midsection with a series of knees. Magnus tried to get a breather, and she lashes out, biting him on the bridge of the nose. The ref breaks them up and gives Quaranta a stern warning, and she just shrugs through the boos as Magnus wipes his nose with a sneer.
The ref restarts the action. Magnus tries for a clothesline but Quaranta rolls under it and runs to the other side. Quaranta goes for a clothesline of her own, but Magnus leaps up and nails a spinning heel kick that connects squarely with the side of Quaranta's head! Quaranta's rolling around, and Shane Magnus is feeling it! He picks him up and slings her into the corner. He drills her in the stomach with a shoulder and then yanks Quaranta out. He lifts her up, POWERBOMB! He holds it and lifts her again into a second powerbomb! The crowd goes TWWWWO as Magnus hauls her up again for a third powerbomb - and Teresa goes for the eyes again, and Magnus lets her down. Teresa hooks the arms and goes for the Process of Illumination, but she can't get it - Magnus with the back bodydrop reversal then pulls her into another powerbomb! He goes for the cover - One!
Two!
No! Magnus can't quite keep her down for the three count. He hooks the arms and goes for the Peace Maker, but Teresa gets a back body of her own - but Magnus ands squarely on his feet - his joy doesn't last long, as Teresa rolls him up, grabbing the ropes as the ref counts to three! She quickly rolls out of the ring and rushes up the ramp, cackling manically at Magnus and holding up three fingers - tonight it's been a clean sweep for the Blacklist!
Winner: Teresa Quaranta
The Blacklist went 3 and 0 tonight, sending a message in the ring to everyone backstage. What is next for them?
Backstage, Russell Franchise and David Blazenwing run into each other, both heading towards the ring. Franchise tells Blazenwing that he hopes he brought his A Game because tonight is the biggest match of his career and he doesn't plan on losing. Blazenwing just smiles and walks off.
TGW Volitionary/TGW Title Matches
Fall 1: TGW Volitionary [Steel Legal Match]
Fall 2: TGW Title Match
Fall 1: TGW Volitionary [Steel Legal Match]
Fall 2: TGW Title Match
Evans: The main event, it's down to just the main event. Here's how it's going go down tonight. Adams, Franchise, and Blazenwing will battle for the TGW Volitionary Title in a “Steel Legal” match, where weapons made of steel can be used. After that fall, there will be a 30 second reset where the men will be able to collect themselves as much as they can before we restart. The second fall will be for the TGW Title and will be contested under normal rules. Who will walk out the champions? Will someone capture both titles? Let's find out!
“The City is at War” by Cobra Starship begins to play as the TGW Champion, AJ Adams, begins to make his way out from behind the curtain. Around his waist is the TGW Title and the fans are on their feet. He makes his way down the ramp and even stops on the ramp and signs a kids poster. Adams then charges the ring and slides under the bottom ropes. He looks around and hands his belt to the referee as he approaches. Adams stretches on the ropes and waits for the match to start.
“Anti-Matter” by NERD begins to play and out walks the TGW Volitionary Champ, Russell Franchise. He pumps his arms to get the crowd going and they are behind him, almost as much as they are behind AJ Adams. Franchise makes his way down the ramp and jumps onto the apron and locks eyes with Adams, waiting.
As “Indestructible” by Disturbed begins to play the fans begin to boo and David Blazenwing makes his way out, with a steel chair in hand. Franchise steps into the ring as Blazenwing makes his way down the ramp, placing the chair in the corner and he climbs into the ring.
Franchise hands his title to the referee as all 3 men are now in the ring. The ref holds up the titles and hands them off and asks all three men to the middle of the ring to explain the rules.
Parker: The fans here in Detroit are ready to get this match started and they are excited to see what is going to happen. DBlaze has been lethal with a chair before so look out if he decides to use it.
As the bell sounds all 3 men take a step backward and circle each other. Adams tells one of them to step up and Blazenwing and Franchise both go to lock up with the TGW Champ. Adams gets pushed back as Franchise and Blazenwing get in each others faces, arguing who will go head to head with Adams.
Evans: Both Franchise and Blazenwing want to make a statement and go against Adams here.
Franchise and Blazenwing then lock up and start to exchange blows to the delight of the fans. Blazenwing lands a few lefts and rights before sending Franchise across the ring and off the ropes. Franchise looks for a clothesline but the veteran ducks in, but walks right into a left jab from Adams. DBlaze and Adams begin to have a battle of chops across each others chest as the smacks echo around the arena. Franchise steps up and is hit with a hard forearm smash by Adams, before turning back and hitting a short-arm clothesline on Blazenwing.
Parker: Adams is trying to gain a lot of momentum early.
Adams continues to work on a grounded Blazenwing with a few stomps to the thigh as Franchise gets to his feet, placing his hand on the shoulder of Adams, and spins him around. The fans pop as the two champions of TGW begin to lock up. Both men try to overpower each other but Franchise is able to land a hard shin kick on Adams. Adams jumps in pain and Franchise follows it up with a Russian Leg Sweep. Blazenwing is to his feet and lands a kick to the gut of Franchise and hits a neckbreaker. The 6 time World Champ then locks in a single-leg crab on Franchise in the middle of the ring. Franchise starts to pull himself to the ropes as Adams is getting to his feet. Adams walks over to the 2 men and locks in a seated camel clutch to Franchise! Franchise is getting folded up by both Blazenwing and Adams.
Parker: Russell is in a lot of pain right now.
Evans: He is, but the fall can't end this way. The two submissions cancel each other out.
Adams lets go of the hold and sends himself off the ropes facing Blazenwing, spearing him full speed! Adams covers Franchise!
1...2.kick out!
Adams is to his feet as Blazenwing is slow to his, the two meeting in the middle of the ring. Blazenwing lands a few rights before hitting a suplex on the champ. Franchise is back to his feet and charges Blazenwing, hitting him with a big belly to belly suplex. Adams is rising up as the two champions lock up for the second time. Adams ducks as Franchise looks for a hard clothesline, locking in a sleeper hold on the Volitionary Champ. Franchise flails about before Adams lifts him and drops him with a sleeper slam. Blazenwing is back up and looks for a running forearm smash on Adams, who ducks, and locks in a Nap Time (Tazmission)!
Evans: This is called Nap Time! Adams has been waiting to bust this one out for a while, and it may be over.
The hold is taking a lot of out Blazenwing who falls to a knee. Adams pulls him back up and falls backward to get more out of the hold. The referee comes over to check on Blazenwing but Franchise breaks up the hold to a mix of cheers and boos. Franchise keeps on stomping on both men and starts to land a few mounted punches on Adams. Blazenwing is in the corner and is grabbing the chair he brought down.
Parker: Dave has that chair, look out.
Franchise sees this and Blazenwing charges, swinging. Franchise ducks and kicks DBlaze in the gut, stealing the chair. Franchise lifts the chair back to get momentum but Adams steals it from him. He then drops the chair behind him as Franchise turns and walks right into a capture suplex, onto the chair! Blazenwing pulls Adams to his feet and sends him up and over the top rope. Blazenwing looks to end the match and waits for Franchise to rise, looking for the Full Effect. Adams is on the outside and pulls out a ladder to the delight of the fans.
Evans: What is Adams thinking here?
Adams slides the ladder into the ring without Blazenwing seeing. Adams pulls out a mini step ladder and slides into the ring.
Parker: Something tells me that Adams made sure that little 4 foot step ladder was placed there for a reason.
Blazenwing turns around as Adams starts to get into the ring and the two start to go punch for punch with each other. Adams gains the upper hand and connects with a German suplex. Adams then pulls Franchise to his feet and hits a snap suplex. The Champ then sets up the step ladder and then positions the regular up on it, making sort of a ramp. He turns and runs up the ladder and looks to land on Blazenwing. Blazenwing had been in wait with the chair and levels Adams mid-air! The wound from 2 weeks ago is busted out again and Adams is bleeding heavily.
Evans: That did not pay off and Adams paid the price!
Franchise kicks the ladders out of the ring to make room and as he turns around, he is met by Blazenwing and they lock up. Blazenwing tries to lift Franchise for the B-Wing, but Franchise battles out and hits the Franchise Tag! He covers!
1...2...3!
Winner: AND STILL TGW VOLITIONARY CHAMPION, Russell Franchise!
The fans cheer for Franchise as he jumps to his feet in excitement. He goes for another cover but is reminded by the referee that there is a 30 second run off and he has to wait. Adams starts to pull himself to his feet but is having a hard time. Franchise approaches him and they lock up. Franchise goes lift Adams up for a powerbomb but Adams is able to roll through and roll up Franchise with a sunset flip! The fans count the 1,2,3 but the 30 seconds hasn't expired yet. Adams is growing frustrated as finally the referee starts the pinfall count!
1...2..kickout! The fans and Adams can't believe it.
Parker: The fans had counted to about 12 before the referee was able to start the pin.
Adams is to his feet and is calling for the Last Call as Blazenwing starts to get to his feet. Franchise comes up from behind though and hits a back body drop. Franchise sets up in the 3 point stance and looks to hit the Game Changer on Blazenwing. Franchise charges and Blazenwing pulls the ref by the shirt to help himself up, making Franchise run into the referee!
Parker: The referee is out!
Blazenwing and Franchise lock up as the fans boo the ref being out. Franchise looks for a suplex but Blazenwing blocks it and sends Russell into the corner. Adams is up and knocks DBlaze down from behind. Franchise steps forward and is hit with a kick to the gut. Adams steps back and looks for a Eat It Famasser, but is hit once again with the chair to the skull by Blazenwing. Adams falls to the mat in a heap of dead weight, out cold.
Evans: Uncalled for!
Blazenwing sees his chance as the referee starts to stir, Franchise is getting up slowly. Blazenwing points to the sky and steps up, FULL EFFECT! Blazenwing steps backward as Franchise falls backward. DBlaze covers!
1...2...3!
WINNER: AND NEW TGW CHAMPION, David Blazenwing!
Some of the fans begin to boo Blazenwing as he stands, others cheering for the great match. He looks over at Adams who is trying to pull himself to his feet, a bloody mess. Blazenwing is handed the TGW Title and holds it high. Adams turns and can barely stand, leaning on the ropes. Someone jumps the barricade and slides into the ring, dressed in black tights, boots, tape and looks at Blazenwing. Adams steps forward and is hit with a kick to the gut. The mystery man sets him up for a pumphandle, lifting him up, and drops him on his neck! The man then turns and starts to exchange blows with Blazenwing as Jack Darling and Teresa Quaranta head to the ring, followed by Reina Morgan. The Blacklist slide into the ring and help the mystery man beat on Blazenwing.
Evans: What is going on!?
Adams somehow is starting to stir, pulling himself up. Morgan turns and catches him with the Crack of the Whip! Before she can turn back around, Franchise tosses her up and over the ropes. She lands on her feet and smile as the Blacklist starts to leave the ring. Blazenwing pulls himself up, holding his title and pointing at the group as we close out the show.
