With the small amount of RPs, the show is pretty weak. I admit. My power went out last night and OpenOffice couldnt recover the results that I had done up, so it's a small recap week.
Welcome to Animosity Twelve! We are just one week away from Onslaught, the third Pay-Per-View broadcast from True Glory Wrestling. I am Stan Brooks and due to technical difficulties, here is a quick run down of the action from this week's show.
Jake Norton opens the show backstage being approached by one of the TGW referees. Norton is told that he is being given the night off because word has it that Q once again has failed to show up for their match, which was scheduled to open the show. Norton is furious and pushes the referee and storms off looking for answers.
Bobby Cale Vs. Jake Venom Vs. French Montana
This match started off fast with Venom attacking the newcomer, Cale. Venom connected with a dropkick to the knee but before he could do anything else, Montana inserted himself into the battle. As Venom stood, he walked right into a huge spear from Frenchy. Cale and Montana began to battle back and forth for a portion of the match. Montana started to irish whip Cale into the corner, but threw him right into the referee. With the referee down, Venom was back up and tried to attack Montana only to be hit with a Fix Your Face. Venom staggered and was hit with a Superkick. Cale charged and looked for a clothesline, Frenchy ducked and locked in the Cocaine Dream. From the back, a lucha masked referee ran down to the ring. He called for the bell and awarded the match to Montana.
Winner: French Montana
Backstage, Jake Norton was still looking for Q. He walked up and down the hallways yelling for Q before tipping over a few tables and kicking some chairs.
Elsewhere backstage, Wade Mason is walking through the hallways with one of his assistants!
Wade Mason: Alright, let's make sure that everybody has their hotel rooms for this weekend! For the main eventers, get them the best....
Wade Mason looks in front of him and sees Russell Franchise standing in front of him in his wrestling gear! The assistant walks away to safety! Russell Franchise, in a disturbed mood, walks towards Wade.
Wade Mason: Look Russell, I had no choice, I did what was in the best interest of the company, you understand that!
Franchise continues walking!
Wade Mason: Look, you need to focus on winning a championship back! You got a match with Teresa in a few!
Franchise keeps walking and stops right in front of Wade Mason looking him straight in the eye!
Wade Mason: Let me warn you, sir! If you feel like you got to prove something to me, you better do it in the ring, or this could be your last night with the company!
Franchise: Look, you allowed things to happen that not even you can control now! It's now my time to finish what you couldn't stop! Trust me, you'll thank me later, boss!
Franchise walks away! Wade Mason dusts himself off!
Wade Mason: um....good luck out there, 'A' Game!
Teresa Quaranta Vs. Russell Franchise
The former TGW Volitionary Champ, Russell Franchise, had never looked so angry. As the match started he let loose a barrage of lefts and rights on the TGW Champ. Every time Quaranta would try to turn the match around, Franchise was able to power through. Things were looking good for Franchise until he set Quaranta up for a powerbomb. She was able to hit a modified sunset flip, rolled out, and then landed a dropkick to the face. Teresa rolled Russell to his feet and tossed him to the outside. She started to yell at the referee and distracted him as Reina Morgan made her way ringside. She pulled Franchise to his feet and tossed him into the ringsteps, the she ducked around the corner. The referee turned and counted out Russell and the match was over.
Winner: Teresa Quaranta
Teresa stood in the ring and laughed out to the fans. As she turned around, she received a chair shot to the head from Russell! Reina tried to jump in the ring but Franchise swung at her as well. She ducked but AJ Adams came running down to the ring and began to battle with Morgan, holding her back. Russell lifted Quaranta to the top ropes and climbed up after her. He set her up and lifted her, landing a Franchise Tag off the top ropes! Teresa rolled out of the ring and hard onto the floor. Adams rolled into the ring and the two men began to yell at each other.
Adams left the ring as we switched backstage.
Jake Norton was seen once again and this time approached Wade Mason. Norton demand that he make Q show next week at Onslaught. Mason said that he would call Q and set up the match.
Russell Franchise Vs. French Montana
This match was to determine who would take a spot in the Championship Scramble match at Onslaught. Montana and Franchise went back and forth before Montana clocked Franchise with a hard right, followed with a DDT. Just as Franchise started to gain the upperhand, the masked referee made his way down to the ring. He tossed the other referee out of the ring and stood ready. Franchise turned to catch the action and Montana used a roll up. The referee counted a quick 3 count as Russell popped up.
Winner: French Montana
Russell got into the face of both Montana and this masked referee as Wade Mason made his way to the stage. Mason let us know that since Montana won is a controversial fashion, both Franchise and Montana are being inserted into the Scramble match. Setting up Teresa Quaranta, Jack Darling, V, Russell Franchise, and French Montana in the match. Montana laughed as he grabbed a mic. He and the referee raised their hands as he spoke. “Welcome to the Revolution”.
