The Scene opens on a rainy dreary day, the sky is overcast and its obviously windy, but this dosn't deter the hearty Oregenites from being out and about. The Camera pans about seeking its point of interest. It finally lands on Jac Morgan who is playing with two children, a boy about 5 in age with Dark Curley hair and a little girl with reddish blond pigtails. Jac seems to be fully ingrossed in the two children, as they are his son and Daughter, Simon the boy runs over and hugs his dad's leg while Chloe the girl spins in circles then runs off yelling some nonesense about Jason getting out! Jac just grins, he is obviously in heaven right now. Happy, content truely feeling at peace for the moment. Some time passes and woman with shoulder length reddish Blond hair arrives. This woman is Samantha Markholm, the Ex wife and mother of Jac Morgan's two children.
"Sammie," Jac said in acknowledgement watching Simon Push Chloe on the swing, siblings getting along is obviously something Jac isn't used to, but then again look at his history with his own siblings and one could see why.
She nods at him. "Jacob," She said glancing at her watch. "Were running late, can you help me get em in the car?"
"Sure, Chloe Simon come on!" He calls both children run over. With Samantha's help he buckles each kid into their respective Car seats before looking in the front seat, where a rather good looking man, who is obviously younger then both Jac and his fomer wife. "Hello Jason," He says trying to be Civil, knowing this is the man his former wife has chose to replace him with. When no response is forth coming Jac nods and turns back to the kids kissing each on the cheek. He speaks softly so only the kids can hear then slowly straightens up closing the car door on his side while Sammie closes the one on the far side. Jac leans on the hood and looks at her. "They had lunch about an hour ago," He said.
She nodded. "Good, its gonna be a few hours till we get back to the house," She said then smiled. "Thanks for coming and watching them today Jac."
He nodded. "No problem, any time." He said stepping back from the car as Samantha smile and waves.
"We better go, were running late." She said pulling the driver side door open and getting in. "See you later Jacob," She waves and he steps back more waving back as the car slowly pulls away. He watches it go for awhile until its lost in traffic then sighing he turns back to the camera finally acknowledging it.
"You see those two? Those two are my life, my reason for being here, alive on this planet right now. If it weren't for them I would still be in a very dark place indeed, a place filled with, self doubt, degredation, and self Hatred." He sighs. "I Hurt a lot of people a few years back when my wife left me and took my children. But with the care and compassion of those around me, like my freind, Onyx Nightfur, and my Brother in Law Paul Deatheridge, I've come back maybe not 100%, I still have some very dark moments, but I'm here, and not wanting to just waste away anymore."
He pauses and starts walking the camera following him.
"I know none of that matters to my oppoents, at all. But does it really matter what you all think of me? Of who I used to be? I used to be an idiot, goofball and an asshole. I blew people's houses up just because I could, I destroyed people's property, because I could, Hell, I made out with my brother In Law, even though He'll swear he slipped on the bar floor and fell on my lips."
He smirks and laughs a little. " But that's my life in a nutshell," "I have to be a bit more responsible now, cause I got kids. But that dosn't mean I still don't do crazy shit. Hell, I rollerbladded off the roof of my house onto a trampoline because agian, I could." He smiles. "I had a Funeral Pyre for My Dog Roq, damn beast was with me for 15 years, a long lived life for A Bernese Mountain Dog."
He shakes his head.
"But does any of that matter to you guys? No I'm sure it dosn't but its who I am, its who I will always be." He said. "I can't change all the stupid shit I did, and I still like doing it. I still like skateboarding in Traffic and jumping into Fish Tanks at the Aqurium, Hell the Dolphin show at Chicago's Shedd Aquriium will never be the same again because of me."
He sighs and smirks looking at the camera.
"So Tell me my fellow Opponents what have you done, to deserve to be here in this company?" He asked. "I know enough about Mister Tallant because we've worked together in another Fed. He's an asshole, a Douch and a Sex Fiend, Stay away from him Ladies in the fed...hell Men too cause he dosn't seem to care about the Sex of the person he's fucking. IN all Truth he's probably a walking Vernerial Desiese."
As for the other two, who knows they've never even Promo'ed or if they have it wasn't very note worthy, but I'm guessing no Promo and that's why there in this match with me and Mr. Tallant, so come on then. Lets see what you all got, please don't leave me hanging here, its so not cool."
He smirks and continues walking as the scene....

Scene opens on Oleandar White surprisingly smiling as she walks with Billy Tallant down a backway alley. This could be mostly because she's amused that as the little cattledog mix stray she's walking is padding along docilely as her side, the lab he is walking is alternating beteen leaping frantically at his hand trying to rip the leash away and darting bak and forth across the camera's view, dragging him with it.
"Stop it, Stop it!" He snapped trying to gain some Control over the dog. "This dog is fucking insane!" He said trying and failing to get the dog under control. "Ava come on Stop it!"
"Yeah but she needs a big strong man to control her," Ollie replies, sounding amused
He glares at her then shakes his head. "Come on stop it," He said finally managing to get the Leash out of the dogs mouth he shortens the leash and digs his feet in, she comes to a stop looking confused. "Either stop it or I'll make you stop it girl." He said not sounding mean.
Ollie finally comes up even with him as he's been dragged several feet ahead, her pace that of a leisurely stroll, "So why aren't you married anymore?"
He blinks looking over at her. "She died," He said with a shrug. looking at the dog
"Oh," the wind abruptly leaves her sails, "I'm sorry,' she says, sincerely.
He shrugs and keeps walking watching the dog who is sorta behaving now. "No big deal," He said slowly. "it was my fault."
"How so?" Now she's curious, which is a new emotion concerning Billy Tallant
He glances at her, he's never really talked about what happened with anyone, not even when everyone said he needed to see a doctor, he just forgot about it and moved on. "I was driving."
"And drinking?" she isn't being rude now, just blunt in her honest way.
He nodded. "Yeah," He said with a small shrug still walking. "I'd only had two drinks, but hadn't eaten all day, we were fighting about what School we were going to send William to." He said slowly
"Your son..how old was he?"
"6 we held him back a year so he was more prepaired for school," He said calmly. "We wanted the best for him." "He was killed in the wreck too?"
He nodded. "Seat belt malfunctioned," He said looking straight ahead, his eyes seemingly lost in the past. "They told me, they both died on impact, and I was lucky..." He shook his head. "No, I really wasn't." She remains silent after this, listening to the crackle of skeletal winter leaves under her boots and soft panting of the dogs as they walk. Offering sympathy won't help in this matter. She's never lost a mate or a child. She can't feel his pain, can't know how it would affect her if the shoes were on the other feet, and so she says nothing rather tht offer pity that would feel hollow.
"I won't sleep with you," she suddenly states abruptly, "And it's not because I'm a prude, or because i want to torment you, or even because I think you're a ad person, because the truth is i don't think you're a terrible person."
He dosn't speak either for a long time as the continue walking he seems more focused on the dog at the end of the much shortened leash, at her words he looks at her arching an eyebrow. "I killed my wife and kid cause I'm an idiot, I am a horrible person." He says this with no emotion nor none of his regular cheer.
"No, not horrible. Just sad. And even though you won't remember me saying this tomorrow, you're using people and sex to self destruct, and I won't be a part of it. I won't help you destroy yourself because you think that's all you deserve."
He laughs its a weak sounding laugh not a truthful one. "You sound like my doctor." He laughed agian and looked back at the dog he's walking. "She's not so bad once she settles down." He pauses. "They must not get a lot of excercise here," He said.
"No, they don't. I try to go to animal shelters when I can. walk the dogs, make them feel less like they've done something wrong and been abandoned. "
"They have though," He said. "Been abandoned."
"Doesn't mean they have to feel like it was there fault."
"I know," He said looking at her quickly then back down at Ava silent again. "Had a dog before too,"
"What happened to it?"
"asked my dad to take care of it when I was in the hospital....when I got home he was gone and no one would tell me what happened to him." He said. "if he'd gone to the shelter because everyone didn't think I'd be able to handle him...was to late to save him, "
She thinks this over silently, listening to the whisper of leaves and wind on the concrete again
"Back home in Chicago, when a dog comes in, its got 72 hours to see if someone comes to claim it, then it gets 7 Days for adoption, if no one takes him, he or she takes there last walk." He said with a shrug.
"Sex is sort of like a narcotic for you, isn't it? Makes you forget the few things you remember..the ones you really want to forget," she mused quietly
He blinked looking up at her he arches an eyebrow. "Are you a doctor or some shit, did My dad send you after me?" He asked.
"No, I did a lot of reading as a kid..nothing else to do when you live with librarians."
"I see," He responded with a shrug as a response to her observation about his Sex life.
She turns the dog she's walking on a street, heading back down the sidewalk towards the animal shelter, "Even if I thought it would help, being just another fix for you, couldn't bring myself to do it."
He nodded. "Yeah, I think I understand that, dosn't mean I won't stop trying." He said. "I like the whole trying thing," He pauses. "Reminds me of better times."
"It won't make any difference. My father only ever slept with one person, that being my mother, and the same with my grandparents..great grandparents and so on...it's ingrianed in me, it's why I've never done it. In the long run it would only matter to you whle it was happening...then you'd forget. But I'd remember. i won't get to forget. It would mean something to me."
He blinks but he does understand where she's coming from, its how he used to be a one man person. He sighes and looks down at the dog again. "Yeah, I get that,"
She glances at him then quietly leads the dog back into the kennel hall and removes the leash and choke collar, putting the cattledog back in the kennel and going to hang the leash and collar up
He slowly puts the lab back kneeling down in the kennel he rubs at the big dog's ears talking to her softly as he does so, he seems to be again lost in his own world, that involves only him and this dog.
Ollie leans in the doorframe, watching him silently, sadly, and thinks if he could be the person he used to be, she could really have feelings for this man. But that's like whistling in the wind. When someone chnages, they arely change back.
"Is she up for adoption?" He asks suddenly with out looking at her, the dog who is ussally amazingly hyper is leaning on him looking rather content.
"Yeah, this is her last weekend. Big dogs, you know, they come in so much, they don't get adopted like the little ones. Especially in a city."
"How much?" He asks.
"The going rate's $50. Comes with certicates for vaccinations, a free check up and the like."
He nodded. "You said you wouldn't let me adopt a dog," He stands up removing the choke chain and leash silently. "I should go, Zoe's probably looking for me."
She pauses, studying him,"That was before I knew you."
HE arched an eyebrow. "Nothing's changed in the 2 hours I've been here," He stated.
Her ruby eyes search his face,"Maybe not. But I think you should get the dog."
He looks at her. "Why?" He can't help but ask 2 hours ago she'd told him she wouldn't let him adopt a dog and now.
"Knowing what I know now, I think the dogs needs you. I think you need her. I think you need someone who won't let you forget."
She undoes the tie in her hair, shaking it out and fluffing it with her fingers as she turns to go,"But it's up to you."
He slowly closes the kennel looking back in at the dog silently for a long time before finally turning away from the kennel pausing at the desk he asks about adopting then fills out the required Paperwork and pays the cash.
Ollie sits out on the curb. watching the traffic, still becomung accustom to her new home, lost in thought when he walks out with the dog.
"So uh...how about lunch?" he askes he knows she'll say no but he can't help but try.
She looks at him,"I don't think it'd be a good idea," she says softly instead of her usual scornful flat out rejection
He nods. "Yeah, see you later." He stated starting down the hill again.
She smiles suddenly, softly,"You know if you could still look at a woman, the way you're looking at that dog, like she's the only thing in this world that matters, she wouldn't stand a chance of not falling in love with you." She states then turns and walks away down the street.
He blinks looking after her silently for a long time, knowing really what she means but he's not sure he could do that ever again, he'd lost his soul mate, he didn't think he could ever find another.
Ollie spares a glance back at him over her shoulder, which she knew she shouldn't do, shouldn't soften, shouldn't give him the slightest reason to continue his pestering.
He waves once before turning and heading down the street, not really remembering where he was supposed to be meeting Zoe but, hell woudln't she be surprised when he showed up with a dog. He laughs as the scene...
