Welcome to True Glory
Across a black screen flashed the 'TGW' logo as a roar of cheers could be heard in the background. A camera shot seemed to be flying high above San Diego, as if it were in a helicopter, and we focused on a well lit arena near the water. Spotlights filled the air as we switch to inside the arena to the roar of the cheering fans. A barrage of fireworks began to go off at the top of the stage and around the video screen, the noise of the fans almost drowned out the music of “Hell Yeah” by Rev Theory blaring over speakers. The music kept playing for about 25 seconds as the camera moved ringside to the announce table.
Todd Evans and Scott Parker thanked us and welcomed everyone to the first edition of TGW's Animosity. Evans took the control and did a run down of the card and gave a hard sell on the main event, Jagi Kyung Moon taking on Xaria Linette. Scott Parker went on to talk about how Wade Mason was going to announce more on the “Mine or Yours” matches that were happening, and before he could change the subject “Stay Alive” by Trapt began to play throughout the arena as the fans welcomed TGW's founder, Wade Mason, to the stage. In his hand, Mason carried a few manila folders to the ring. As he stood in the ring, a stagehand handed him a microphone as he nodded to the fans.
Mason thanked everyone for their support and said that he knew they were excited for some action, as was he. He promised a great night of competition, but first had things he promised to address. The first of which was the “Yours or Mine” matches that were going on. Mason explain that the matches would decide who would face in each title match at the first Pay-Per-View, but it was also a random setting because he believed that anyone should have the opportunity to have a shot. He then spread out the manila folders to show us he had 5 in his hand.
He then went on to say that inside each folder was a contract for a title match at the first Pay-Per-View, be it the World Title or the Volitionary Title, and that inside only one was a contract for any title match that the winner can use at their own will. He followed it up with that the winners of the match tonight would be given one of the folders but it wasn't as simple as that. Each week they would face someone that could potentially win their folder, and that the week of the September 9th, they would defend against another folder holder, with the winner deciding “Yours or Mine”. Then on the 14th of September, each holder would open their folders to set up our title matches at the Pay-Per-View. He added that if anyone opened their folder before hand, and they were sealed and stamped, that they would lose their folder and any chance to gain one. The fans cheered for Wade as he then told the fans that it was time to kick off Animosity with it's first match!
Camisado Vs. Sebastian King
Orange and aqua blue spotlights aimlessly searched the arena until "Composure" by August Burns Red hits the P.A. system. The lighting flickered simultaneously with the drum beat to the intro, the color of the lighting alternating between the same two colors as before.
Around twenty seconds into the song, there was a short break in the music. Once the music began again, Camisado jumps from behind the curtains of the entrance. He stood still in an orange spotlight, closeed his eyes, and the phrase "Thank You" could be seen coming from his lips as he cracked his knuckles on his right hand. The fans cheered for Camisado as he took a step forward.
With this, Camisado slowly walked down the entrance ramp towards the ring. Small aqua-and-red pyros burst on either side of the ramp simultaneous with his steps. The lights have continued to move along with the seemingly unpredictable drumbeat. He leisurely pulled himself up into the ring via the top rope. He began his pre-match routine, which included a few quick sprints across the ring, bouncing off the ropes as he changed direction, as well as cracking his neck by creating force upon either side of his chin with his right fist, and a few arm stretches.
The lights then went down and shortly began to flicker as “Virus” By Iron Maiden blasted on out of the sound system. Out walked “THE VIRUS” Sebastian King. King stood for a few moments looking out into the darkness as the chants of booing fans echoed throughout the arena drowning out the PA system eventually. Sebastian slowly began to walk on down to the ring, each of his foot steps were being lit up under a white light flashing from underneath the entrance ramp. Once at the bottom he slid in the ring and locked eyes with Camisado. The two shared a few words as King stumbled backwards, looking a bit out of it. He shook it off as the referee called for the start of the match!
The two competitors started the match off with a tease at a lock up but King withdrew and landed a vicious kick on Camisado. Camisado leaned over grabbing his gut as King charged, looking for a spear. However, Camisado side stepped the Virus and sent him into the corner, shoulder first. King staggered out from the turnbuckle and walked into a running crossbody, as the fans cheered on Camisado. When the two came crashing to the mat, Camisado flowed right into an arm bar as King reached for the ropes. Before he could grab them, Camisado rolled out of the move and lifted King up. King was sent off the ropes with an Irish whip and was met with a back body drop. As he hit the mat, the fans stood, seeing Camisado beginning to climb the turnbuckle. King rose and Camisado flew, looking for a missile dropkick, however landed face first into the mat.
King awaited Camisado and locked up from behind, then followed it up with a German suplex, drawing heat from the crowd. King rolled to his feet and pulled Camisado along with him. King lifted his opponent and connected with a spinning spinebuster, then King began to lock in the Kings Ruling (Walls of Jericho) but Camisado reached up and locked in a small package.
1...2.kickout!
The fans loved every second and thought that it was over. King rolled to his feet and fell to a knee, looking around. The referee tried to get King's attention as he stood and stumbled backward, appearing lost. Before the referee could do anything else, Camisado connected with a fireman's carry and rolled into a White Flag (Muta Lock) as the fans roared! The referee asked King if he submitted, but King appeared to be out cold!
Winner: Camisado
The fans cheered for Camisado as he broke the hold and closed his eyes, held his hands together and muttered, “Love you, Knucks.” He nodded and waved to a few fans as the cameras switched to the backstage area.
Down the hallway we see Wade Mason talking to TGW star David Blazenwing and his wife, Jen Corlen. The conversation can't be heard but Corlen appeared very animated, throwing her arms in the air in what appeared to be scolding Mason. The entire time, Blazenwing just held his face in his hands as the camera switched to a different part of the arena.
We saw TGW star, Xaria Linette, walking through the halls as she was approached by a man in a suit who kept trying to introduce himself to her, however he kept getting cut off. He seemed to know her but she had no clue as to who he was. Most of the fans in the crowd though, knew the man was Alex Wilkie. Before Wilkie could get his name off, Linette was called off by someone who needed her. Check out the entire segment HERE
David Blazenwing Vs. Hunter Sullivan
The lights in the arena all cut to black and the arena came to life, pulsating with a green light as a quiet beat got louder with every flash. It got faster and faster, and louder with each pulse, until the pulsating light exploded into the words "The New Hotness" and "Indestructible” by Disturbed blared across the arena sound system. The stage filled with smoke and the crowd came to their feet, cheering loudly as they all awaited the appearance of The New Hotness himself. The crowd exploded in a flurry of cheers as the smoke cleared on the stage and a man in a dark green trenchcoat stood, head down, facing the video screen. He raised his hands and snaped his fingers, causing four loud bursts of pyro to ignite, two on each side of him, before spinning around Y2J style to reveal David Blazenwing! His sunglasses shined with the glare from the arena lights, David looked to the left, then to the right, nodding towards the crowd before walking down the ramp. He rolled his shoulders and flipped his long blonde hair back behind his coat, then stoped near ringside to slap hands with a few fans. After stopping to slap one last fan’s hand, David moved towards the ring steps and hopped up and down a few times in front of them before quickly racing up the steps to the apron side facing the stage. He stopped and pulled his sunglasses off, then tossed them behind his head into the crowd, then leaned down and stepped through the middle of the ropes to enter the ring. David walked across the ring and leaped up onto the second rope in the corner nearest the timekeeper, then pulled off his green trenchcoat and tossed it towards the timekeeper. David smirked and pointed to the fans, then slapped his chest a few times and pointed up towards the sky, closing his eyes and saying a short prayer. David leaped down from the corner and immediately turned to sit down in the same corner, ala Raven. David then rest his head on the second turnbuckle pad as his theme faded and the crowd continued cheering loudly.
“Judith” by A Perfect Circle began to play as the fans began to quiet, then switched to boos. As the green and purple lights filled the air, the Viper, Hunter Sullivan made his way to the stage and took off full speed to the ring. Blazenwing was still in his seated position as this happened and scrambled to make it to his feet as Sullivan slide into the ring, then charged Blazenwing and pulled him by his leg to the mat. The referee called for the start of the match and Sullivan had already applied a single leg Boston crap on Blazenwing. The fans were taken back at the quick start to the match and how Sullivan wasted no time.
Blazenwing pulled himself to the ropes to break the hold. He pulled himself up and Sullivan tried to connect with a drop toe hold, but Blazenwing held onto the ropes. He landed a series of kicks onto Sullivan before pulling him to his feet, followed up with a short-arm clothesline. Blazenwing came off the ropes and quickly went for a legdrop, but Sullivan rolled out of the way. As Blazenwing landed on his tailbone he winched in pain, and Sullivan took the chance and applied a sleeper hold from behind. Sullivan then lifted Blazenwing up, still applying the sleeper, and then moved to a half-nelson. Blazenwing tried to power out but Sullivan connected with a half-nelson slam!
The fans booed Sullivan who went straight into another half-nelson lock while Blazenwing was on the ground. He used his leverage to flip Blazenwing over and tried for a half-nelson pin combo!
1...2..kickout!
Sullivan tried to lock in a arm bar on Blazenwing, but received a hard shot to the head for his attempts. Blazenwing stumbled to his feet and Sullivan wasn't far behind him. The two exchanged a few blows before Blazenwing landed a hard right kick and charged with a running forearm strike. The fans started cheer on Blazenwing who was trying to turn the match over and put an end to it. He landed another forearm on Sullivan as he rose and then began to stalk the Viper. The fans chanted “New Hot-Ness” over and over as Blazenwing dared Sullivan to rise.
As Sullivan got to his feet and turned around, Blazenwing charged and connected with a spear! He jumped up and down and called for one more, to complete the D-Day combo. Sullivan climbed to his feet and as Blazenwing charged, he side stepped him and locked in half-nelson and followed it up with a half-nelson suplex! Sullivan tried to lock in a Texas cloverleaf, but Blazenwing battled out and pulled himself to his feel and connected with an enzigiri! Blazenwing lifted Sullivan and looked for the B-Wing (F5 onto the ropes) but the Viper battled out and fall to the mat behind Blazenwing, following it up with a back breaker. As Blazenwing held his back on a hand and knees, Sullivan charged and looking to hit the S.A.F (Sick as Fuck [Knee to opponents head]). However, Blazenwing was able to scout the move and connected with a drop toe hold/trip! Blazenwing jumped over Sullivan and looked to lock in the Shock Lock (Crippler Crossface),and finally got the hold on! Sullivan showed his talents though and was able to reverse out of the move and right into a Texas cloverleaf right in the middle of the ring! Blazenwing had no choice but to tap out!
Winner: Hunter Sullivan
The fans boo'ed Sullivan as he left the ring and Blazenwing looked around in almost disbelief, thinking that he had the match. The cameras then went to the announce team as they began to talk about how it seemed earlier that Sebastian King was thrown for a loop and they were told that after getting checked out by the medical team and that Wade Mason was not happy about something. As they started to talk about the next match, the lights went out in the arena as a spotlight shined down on the stage.
Alex Wilkie made his entrance and debut to cheering fans, making his way to the ring. He played to the crowd before saying that he was there for the World Title and that he wanted his shot. Wade Mason came down and promised to give Wilkie a chance to prove his worth with a match next week and expected him to put actions behind his words. Wilkie questioned his opponent but Mason made him wait. Check out the entire segment HERE]
Harvey Clayton Vs. Lily Haris
A stream of mist shot up from the ramp and Harvey Clayton appeared walking out from behind it flexing. He started yelling for no apparent reason, but possibly to hype himself up for the match. "Rooster" by Alice in Chains is starting to hype the entrance up as Harvey is finishing off his remaining beer can in his hand. After gulping the remaining toxic liquid, he threw it at the first audience member his eyes lock on and laughs. Continuing to make an ass out of himself, he continued to make his way inside the ring.
Once inside, he got into the face of the referee and began to yell, drawing more heat from the crowd. “Romancing Train” by M.O.V.E begins to play as the fans await the next opponent to the match. The cheer as Lily Haris makes her way out. The lights dim slightly before the music kicks up. Once the music begins to play then the lights flicked on and off quickly, she walked out to greet the welcoming fans , raising her hands in the air, once raised the big bang came. After the big bang the lights faded to a light blue tint as she makes her way down to the ring.
As she got into the ring, Clayton stomped on her fingers and she let out a yelp, the referee pulled Clayton away and told him that the match hadn't started. After shoving him away, the bell sounded and we were underway. Haris came off the ropes and connected a kick to Clayton's knee to get him unbalanced, following it up with a short arm clothesline. Clayton didn't fall however so Haris followed through with an European uppercut, making Clayton stagger backward. Clayton fell to the mat and a cover proceeded.
1..2.kick out!
The fans were clapping as Haris was trying to get the fans involved, however, Clayton rose to his feet and connected with a belly to belly suplex to cause Haris to lose her momentum. Clayton pulled Haris up and used an eye rake, drawing the attention of the referee and a warning. Clayton laughed it off as he and yelled “Fuck you fatass”, though it's not sure as to if he was yelling at the referee or Haris. Haris tried to charge but received a modified drop toe hold, that was more like a trip, causing her to fall into the ropes awkwardly. The fans let out a “Ooooh” as she fell backward holding her neck. Clayton locked in a sleeper hold to work the neck, but the referee quickly broke the hold as Haris' leg was on the ropes. Clayton helped Haris up and sent her into the corner with an Irish whip. Clayton followed with a charge and a stiff clothesline, then placed her on the top rope facing the ring. He climbed after her and looked to connect a belly to belly suplex off the top rope but Haris pushed him down and climbed to her feet. She then dove and connected with a Shades of Morality (Hurricanrana) and rolled to her feet as the fans rose the theirs. She climbed the nearest turnbuckle and leaped off them with a moonsault!
1...2...3!
Winner: Lily Haris
As Lily celebrated in the ring, our cameras made their way to the back as Wade Mason was seen walking into the locker rooms. There sat Sebastian King, staring off into space in his street clothes. Mason yelled his name a few times before King realized what was going on. Mason told him that having a drunk in Clayton was one thing and that he could handle that, what he couldn't do is let a druggie work in his company. He then proceeded to tell King that his drug test had come back earlier today and that no one told him of the results or he would have never even made the match tonight. The test was positive for drugs and Mason said he had no choice but to offer King the professional help if he wanted and that until further notice, King would no longer be a member of the TGW roster.
Moving farther down the hallway, we run into Alex Wilkie who was standing outside Xaria Linette's locker room. Alex made his way in and after a accidental half dressed Xaria, Wilkie was finally able to get Xaria to remember who he was. He said he'd like to catch up and offered to take her out for drinks after the show. You can see the entire segment HERE

Kaori Shikagami Vs. Russell Franchise
Moving to the ring, the fans were excited to see the next match. The opening guitar riff of "Anti-Matter" played as the lights flashed blue and white! Then, as the chorus hook kicked in, Russell Franchise came out running. He stopped at the top of the ramp and looked to his left, and then to his right! He looked like a man on a mission! He pointed to the fans and then pointed to the ring. Then he looked up in the sky and pointed up to the rafters. He then seemed to say a little prayer and then poses with his arms crossed, causing blue fireworks to explode behind him and on the ramp's side! He walked down with a smile on his face and slid in the ring. As he got in, he climbed the top ropes and posed again with his arms crossed as the camera takes pics of him and the crowd was loving Franchise.
The lights dimmed again as “I'm Alive” by Disturbed began to play and Kaori Shikagami made her way to the stage. She didn't bother with her normal entrance and walked straight toward the ring, her eyes locked on Franchise. Jagi entered the ring and had a few words with Franchise, telling him something that we couldn't pick up. He then pointed over to Kaori and then poked Franchise in the chest. Franchise didn't seem to happy and Jagi backed up with a smile on his face. He then, clearly on purpose, “tripped” over Kaori's hand stumbled into Franchise and said he was sorry.
