This is Animosity 22 and we are just one week away from Hysteria! I am Stan Brooks, your TrueGlory.com host and recapper. Tonight we have a main event that is surely going to give someone momentum going into the big TGW Volitionary Title match. The team of Jessica Blake and Alyson Starr, the Sirens, face the forced to work together team of Russell Franchise and AJ Adams. The TGW Champion, French Montana is in action against James Dean.
What kind of action will we see going into the actual Hysteria rumble? The winner of that match next week will win the right to face either the TGW Champion or Volitionary Champion at any point in the future. Let's get things started with some in ring action!
Rick Mad Vs. Scott Myers
Tonight's matches start with Scott Myers versus Rick Mad. The two of them decently shake hands and the bell rings for them to start. Myers and Mad reach out and lock up, Mad easily powering over Myers and thrusting him straight into a turnbuckle. He leaps on him with a few right hands, yet Myers gets out of the way before a strong style kick and he clotheslines Mad to the mat. Mad's quick to get on his feet and he kicks Myers in the midsection, only Myers blocks the Russian legsweep attempt, turns and quickly strikes Mad's face with an enzuigiri! A quick pin attempt, but Mad kicks out, gets up right after Myers does and throws a few knee strikes to his abdomen. This doubles Myers over for a moment and Mad goes for a snap suplex. However, Myers somehow gets out of it and executes a crisp tiger suplex on Mad in the middle of the ring! Some of the fans boo, but others are on the Canadian Playboy's side, especially the women. Myers quips onto his feet without a problem, waits for Mad to recover and kicks him in the midsection, leaning him over and turning with his arms in his grasp-- Canadian Made! With a smile, Myers quickly grabs a hold of Mad's legs, turns over and locks him right into the Great White North. Mad has nowhere to go and he taps out after a few seconds! The bell rings, Myers lets him go and lets the referee raise his hand in victory, receiving feminine cheers and masculine boos.
Winner: Scott Myers [Pinfall]
The camera turned backstage to Nikko TaDa who was heading down the hallways to find his friend, Lina Perego. Once he found her near his locker room, he was getting a disturbing vibe. Lina turned to him with a weak smile.
Nikko TaDa: I was looking all over for you.
Lina Perego: I'm sorry.
She nervously laughed as Nikko let out a small chuckle as well, putting a hand on Lina's shoulder.
Nikko TaDa: You dummy, stop apologizing all the time.
Lina Perego: Right.
Once Nikko said that that, he turned away and his small smile faded away. He knew Lina wasn't happy at the moment and she was just forcing a smile so he wouldn't worry. Why was she not happy at the moment? Did he do something wrong? He thought for a moment as he turned back to her.
Nikko TaDa: Lina... we need to talk...
Lina smile smile began to fade away as she clanged onto her golden locket that her father gave her after her mother left the world. Inside of it was her mother's picture. She was getting a bad vibe from Nikko, but she had to keep strong.
Lina Perego: What is it, Nikko?
Nikko TaDa: You know how I told you that I wanted to change for the better, right? Lina... to be honest... the lust is still hanging on to me. I'm at the point where I don't know who I am anymore. I might still be that same hot-headed and rebellious Casanova or I might actually have real feelings... real feelings for someone... I just don't know...
Lina was speechless for a moment by his words. She was quite unsure on what to say at the moment. She knew that if a guy was still the same past person then they wouldn't be willing to admit their flaws and they would be still hurting their friends and the person they loved. She knew Nikko had a heart, but it was a cracked heart. She shook her head with shame.
Lina Perego: Nikko, look at yourself... I know you're better than this. I know that deep down... you're really this amazing person that I know. You acting as if you're Kaori, but you're not Kaori--
She touched his cheeks with her hands.
Lina Perego: ... You're Nikko... and you'll always be Nikko to me. I believe in you and I have faith in you, so I know you can change. Yes, I am a little disappointed about what you said, but I believe that you can bounce back. You always do.
After saying that, she smiled. Once Nikko saw her smiling, he couldn't help but chuckle a little bit as well.
Nikko TaDa: You're right, Lina... I am me and I won't let ANYONE get in my way. I will always be myself.
Lina Perego: Now that's the Nikko I'm talking about. The positive side of Nikko who believes in the power of love... but... if you don't mind asking... what person were you talking about about having feelings toward?
Nikko smiled once she asked that. He didn't want to reveal it quite yet. He actually had deep feelings towards Lina and actually liked her as more than a friend. He started to chuckle a little bit.
Nikko TaDa: I'll tell you another time.
He slightly stuck out his tongue as he hurried off.
Lina Perego: HEY! Tell me!
She hurried off after him.
Shane Tallin Vs. Lance Peterson
These two men are ready to lock up as the fans are eager to find out the outcome, as both men have shown great skill since coming to TGW. The fans seem to be a bit more behind Tallin just because of his high flying style as the bell sounds to signal the start of the match. These two competitors lock and and try to gain the upper hand with a collar lock tie up, but neither can get the first move. They break up and go at it again, this time Talin swinging behind Peterson and looks for a German suplex. Peterson locks up his legs with Tallin and holds himself down. Peterson rolls forward, tripping up his opponent and locks in an ankle lock. Tallin quickly rolls to his back and kicks Peterson off.
Tallin is to his feet and lands a few lefts and rights on his opponent and locks up, connecting with the side effect. He rolls into a quick cover and gets 2.
Tallin jumps to his feet and plays up the crowd a little bit too long as Peterson is to his feet and drops Tallin with a standing dropkick. Peterson pulls Tallin to his feet and keeps the assault going with a neckbreaker. He hooks the leg but only gets two. Peterson is quick to his feet and drops an elbow across the chest of his opponent. Peterson is back up and is pulling Tallin to his feet, Tallin grabs his opponent and jumps up and drops him with a jawbreaker. Both men are down and slow to get up, Tallin just a step ahead. Tallin is calling for the Of Fatal Design as Peterson is to his feet. Tallin starts to set it up but Peterson grabs the ropes to stop Tallin from being able to preform the move. Tallin backs up and charges, getting laid out with a sit-out spinebuster. Peterson rolls over into the End Zone and Tallin taps!
Winner: Lance Peterson [Submission]
The scene opens up in one of the back corridors in the arena. The lights are dim in this particular one and the atmosphere is eerie. In the far corner the cherry of a cigarette is seen glowing brighter with every puff. As the cigarette lights up the surroundings, James Dean's face comes into focus. He's just sitting on a steel chair in the dark smoking and drinking a beer, showing no regard for pre-match rules. At first it seems like he's all alone. But the sound of footsteps grabs the camera's attention and it faces towards the sound.
Soon enough, Xaria Linette steps into view, looking worse for wear. Her eyes are bloodshot red as a result of no sleep, her physique is covered in scars that were never there before, her hair's an entangled mess and her attire is less than a rainbow. A black graphic tee that reads "I'm a Bad Girl" in silver, worn out navy denim shorts and dirty red sneakers. She simply approaches James, but stops a few feet away and stares at him with a tilt of her head. "... hi." Her voice is of the grave.
The right side of James' lips crank up in a cocky smirk and he lets out a little chuckle. He stands up and takes a step towards her, coming out of the dark. He's in no better shape then Xaria. He's wearing a black wife beater, blue jeans and black steel-toe boots. It appears as if he was playing tackle football in a muddy field all day. "We were expecting to see you, cupcake," he says in a laugh. He takes a drag from his smoke, another step forward and blows the smoke directly into her face. They both show no fear.
She doesn't react to the smoke, her eyes dead-locked on him the entire time as it starts to clear. When she does move, it seems like she's going to hit him, but then she snatches the cigarette from his hand, takes a drag herself and blows smoke back in his face. "You're not alone either?" she smirks and clenches the cigarette in her fist, ignoring the burn and putting it out. She still isn't who she really is and it becomes a frightening force. Letting the crushed cigarette drop on the floor, she tilts her head the other way. "I've had eight spirits use my body for fun and games all week. How about you?" He simply ignores her words and stares at the crunched up cigarette on the floor.
Then his head jerks up in anger, the cocky grin gone, and he gets right in her face. "I wasn't fucking done with that, bitch!" he shouts in her face. She doesn't back down. He raises his right hand for a brief second but lowers it almost immediately, turning and facing the opposite direction. The smile comes back and he whispers "fine, I'll let it wait..." under his breath before turning back to Xaria. He chugs the rest of his beer and lets it drop to the concrete floor beside him, shattering into many pieces. "So you've had a bad week; boo fucking hoo. Smile, no one cares," he finishes with resentment filling his eyes and sits back down in the chair.
"I didn't say I had a bad week, dumb fuck," she retorts with a half-cute smile and runs a hand through her messy hair. "You just immediately assumed that. My week was wonderful." Her hands shift behind her back, lacing her fingers as she approaches him. Now inches away from each other, she leans in just enough so their foreheads touch and they gaze straight into each others eyes. "I wonder if you can guess what's on my mind, mon cher...?"
He leans forward about two inches out of the chair forcing her to take a step back, their foreheads still connected. "The better question is 'do I give a shit'?" he replies, his voice becoming deeper and angrier. You could cut the tension with a knife.
"If you really want to hurt me, you'll like the fact that I'm challenging you..." She trails off for a moment, reaches up and lovingly caresses the back of his head with her left hand. "... to a barbed wire arsenal match at Hysteria. It's the same match that made mine and Jack Darling's feud famous."
James' eye glaze over and his smile comes back fuller than before. "You're on," he begins moving back, separating their foreheads. "I hope you know what you're getting yourself into," he finishes, standing up directly in her face.
Xaria's hand falls back to her side, but she takes a step back to get a better look at him. For just one moment, she seems to be... herself. Her real self. "... help me..." she pleads softly. Her green eyes are bright and her innocence comes back for her. Perhaps it allows him to reflect on the days when they were still friends. "... mon ami... I'm dying... please..." Tears bring themselves to the corners of her eyes. What is going on?
Their eyes are dead-locked. The anger seems to be fading as James raises his hand and cups her face, taking a step forward. He goes to say something, his lips moving but nothing coming out. His hand begins to caress her face and he smiles. The history between these two is deep and so storied. No. What are you doing? The fire comes back into James' eyes, the smiles disappears and his hand falls from her face to her neck. He clenches and pushes her against the far wall, not letting go, and gets into her face. "I'll finish you off, don't worry," he says before letting go and turning away.
The angel gasps the second he lets her go, coughing a bit and taking a deep breath to regain herself. That shimmering light in her eyes vanishes and she turns back into the "embodiment of nothingness" again. "... fine. Have at you," she responds loud enough for him to hear, turns and leaves him to be in the dark corridor alone again.
He lights a cigarette and turns just in time to see her walk away, smoke engulfing his face. "Xaria... my love," he whimpers before sitting back down on the chair, disappearing into the darkness once again.
French Montana Vs. James Dean
With James Dean and French Montana set to go in the ring, the bells rings. However, "Karma Police" by Radiohead/Ok Computer plays and Jake Norton steps through the curtains to almost overwhelming boos! He's got bucket of popcorn in one hand and a steel chair in the other. This is just an annoyance to Dean, but it really distracts Montana as he yells at him from the ring. Norton unfolds the chair, takes a seat on it and tosses a few kernels of popcorn into his mouth after his music fades. Casually, he raises his hand and flips Montana off, who comes close to stepping out of the ring but Dean quickly pulls him back and lands a harsh backbreaker on his spine across his knee!
Jake Norton: Haha! Pay attention, dumbass.
He watches as Dean gets Montana back up without a second to waste, Irish whips him against the ropes and reels him into a spinning backbreaker. Dean goes for the quick cover and the referee counts-- one... tw-- Montana kicks out at two! Dean only brushes this off and makes his way over to the closest turnbuckle. As he climbs to the top, Montana just barely gets onto his feet, and he tries a split-legged moonsault from the top rope. Montana moves out of the way, Dean actually lands on his feet-- only to be caught in a stunner from nowhere and floored! Montana attempts to pin him-- one... tw-- Dean powers out and shoves Montana off him! Still from afar, Norton snickers and pops a couple more kernels into his mouth, simply enjoying the show. Montana gives him a moment of attention and points to him.
French Montana: You're fucked at Hysteria.
Jake Norton: Sorry Frenchy, not into that kinda stuff.
Montana rolls his eyes, turns around and sees that Dean's getting back on his feet. He charges with a superkick, but Dean just barely blocks this with a yakuza kick that negates both of their moves. Montana's repeled back a bit, but he's not fast enough to avoid a hard-hitting enzuigiri from Dean that knocks him down. Dean forces Montana on his feet just a second after recovering, Irish whips him into the turnbuckle and follows through with shoulder thrusts against it. Montana tries to fight back, but Dean blocks the incoming hammerfist, quickly grabs him and hits a German suplex into a bridge! The pin attempt-- one... two-- Montana kicks out of it before the close three! The fans burst into a mixture of cheers and boos, mostly supporting the TGW Champion. Norton mock applauds for Montana and continues to watch with amusement. Dean gives Norton a brief glance, but he ignores him otherwise and hauls Montana up. As he goes for a fisherman's suplex in the middle of the ring, Montana blocks the attempt, kicks Dean in the midsection and takes him up, driving him down with a powerbomb! It doesn't end there, however, as Montana keeps it locked and nails a second powerbomb, the cheers of the fans slowly growing. Right when he's about to chain into the third one, Dean delivers a flurry of rights into Montana's face, flexibly shifts and hangs on to plant him with a delay-elevated DDT!
Cheers mostly turn into boos as Dean is slow to get back on his feet. The pain of the two powerbombs is evident in his face, but he's standing again and he goes for the turnbuckle while Montana's still recuperating. Once Dean's on the top rope, he leaps for the Angel Wings-- only Montana rolls away just in time and Dean hits nothing but the mat! The second Dean gets up, he's struck with a running spear from Montana and the cover is made with the hook of the leg. Except the referee is distracted when Norton, during all of the action, has come onto the apron and tries a casual conversation with the official in stripes. Montana sees this and gets on his feet, but Norton jumps down from the apron to avoid physical contact from the champion. Rather from here, he tosses a few kernels in Montana's face, and while it does no harm it gives Dean just enough time to recover and hit Smash Sumthin' to the back of Montana's head! Montana collapses backwards, Dean goes for the pin--
One...
Two...
Three! Dean has scored a pinfall over the TGW Champion!
Winner: James 'the King' Dean [Pinfall]
"Deliverance" by Bubba Sparxx plays and the fans are irate! While the title's not on the line, it certainly sends a powerful message to TGW management from Dean that he's more than capable of going after the gold. Dean pushes off the referee's attempt to raise his hand, drops to his knees and raises his arms for his huge victory. Meanwhile, Norton's in the ring and he... he pulls out a wrench from the bucket of popcorn, waits until Montana barely gets up and SMASHES him in the face with it! Montana's busted open now! Dean's back up and he looks back at them, but he just rolls out of the ring and walks towards the back, showing off the west side sign and turning to the nearest camera
James Dean: Watch yourself, Xaria...
He smirks and disappears beyond the curtains. Meanwhile, Norton just knocked the referee out with a wrench shot to the head when he tried to restrain him! He brings it back down on Montana's bloodied forehead with a grin, then does it again and steps back to observe his latest work. With a wide smile, Norton points the wrench at Montana, then gestures the belt around his waist before he gets out of the ring and leaves through the crowd, "Karma Police" by Radiohead/Ok Computer taking over the PA system in his wake.
In the backstage area TGW Creative Director, Micheal Echkhard, is seen chatting it up with one of the stagehands in a flirting manner. He flashes a smile as majority owner, Alli Taylor, approaches with a smile of her own.
Michael Echkhard: ”Hey boss, what's kickin'?”
Alli can't but grin, handing a stack of papers to Echkhard.
Alli Taylor: ”Oh, nothing too much. Just my proverbial foot on your ass handing you your walking papers.”
Michael Echkhard: ”Wh-what?”
She simply shrugs her shoulders and flips her hair back.
Alli Taylor: ”I've just decided that I really don't need you here anymore. The entire purpose of hiring you was to act as my liaison to the company since I didn't want to be known as the majority owner. Now that I'm here for myself and doing the work you were supposed to be doing, what is the point in having you on my payroll? It's nothing personal, Michael.”
Taylor turns away from Echkhard and walks away as he looks baffled. A laugh is heard as Wade Mason walks into view as the fans cheer. Mason slaps his leg a few times as he stands face to face with Echkhard, pretending to wipe a tear from his eye from laughter.
Wade Mason: ”See ya later, buddy. I told you that I'd beat you out of here one way or another. You might have had “more power” than me, but you're replaceable. Though, you really weren't replaced were you? Funny how that works, huh? Now grab your shit before I have security toss you on your ass.”
The fans cheer as Mason starts to turn away, but stops a few steps away.
Wade Mason: ”Na, na, na, na, hey, hey, hey. Fuck you.”
Xaria Linette Vs. Nikko TaDa
Nikko TaDa is already in the ring when Xaria Linette comes in and waves to the fans. She seems very bubbly, as if she's back to normal. It's an odd contradiction to the way she was acting earlier tonight. Nevertheless, the fans are more than happy to cheer her on. Linette turns her attention to TaDa, approaches him in the middle of the ring and extends her hand out towards him. He looks at her hand oddly, the fans watching in wonderment to see if he'll react positively, and rarely he does take her hand and shake it. The audience is very pleased and decide to cheer him a little too. The two of them get a bit of space between each other and the bell rings.
Linette and TaDa holds their hands out to each other, lock up in the center and first attempt a power contest. Here, TaDa is actually stronger and forces Linette towards the nearest turnbuckle, which the referee makes a count for him to back off. He does, only to throw a kick towards her face, but she blocks this and counters with a kick to his side. Although he accepts the strike, he jumps back to avoid a follow-up attack, blocks a right hand to the face and swings for an uppercut. Linette rears back to dodge it, going for a sweep kick but TaDa jumps over this and she blocks an incoming right hand. She doesn't just block it, however, she grabs it and whips him across the mat with a snapmare takedown, going for a chinlock only to be denied. He just gets out of range and chops her across the chest, only she retaliates with a knife-edge chop, the standing dropkick taking him down. But now it's his turn to sweep her off her feet with a kick, get up and throw an elbow down towards her face. She blocks this with her right shoe connecting to his elbow, twirls and flips right back onto her feet after he backs off. The display of their speed and talent amazes the fans to get an appreciative applause.
While the Rainbow Angel smiles and waves at the fans, the Oni Tamago doesn't play to them and strikes her with an enzuigiri she can't block or dodge. This makes the fans boo a little, but it floors his opponent and he immediately follows through with a standing moonsault, splash landing across her body and going for the cover-- and she kicks out right at one! Linette rolls backwards and springs right back on her feet, smiling with her "sparkle up" signature taunt. The fans recognize this and cheer louder for her, knowing that it means she's still in there somewhere. TaDa doesn't waste any time as he goes for a clothesline attempt, but Linette ducks under this, turns around and hits him with a "Solid Snake Combo", throwing a right and left to his face, then knocking him down with a spinning heel kick! Now it's her turn to go for the cover-- yet TaDa only gives her a one count! As both of them bounce back up, he doesn't give her a chance to gain momentum and cuts it off with a harsh kesagiri chop to her chest! The audience reacts with an "ohh!" to the strike and TaDa takes Linette down, this time with a successful clothesline. Rather than go for a pin attempt, he brings her onto her feet, applies a front sleeper and proceeds to take her down-- locking in a guillotine choke! As the fans immediately root for Linette to get out of this predicament, she still has plenty of energy, despite the pain, to drag herself and TaDa towards the ropes. After a few seconds of doing this, she's able to grab the ropes and the referee tells him to let her go.
TaDa does release her right before the five count that almost disqualifies him, leaning over and slapping Linette's face! He's back to his dishonorable tactics and the fans are quick to boo him. This time he gives them his attention by yelling at them to "shut up!" Meanwhile, as Linette begins to recover from the cheap shot, her expression of confident hope fades and turns very sour. She flips back onto her feet while TaDa's distracted and smacks him dead in the face with a harsh muta elbow! She chains this by Irish whipping him into the ropes, ducking under any counter attempts by him, then flips without the use of her hands and nails a double-foot momentum spin kick on top of his head, flooring him. Linette's quick to go for the cover and the referee counts-- one... two-- TaDa kicks out at two! She gets off, stands on her feet and shakes her head.
Xaria Linette: Love... it's so... painful...
The angel shakes her head again, covers her mouth with one of her hands and tears begin to fall from her eyes. She doesn't hold back a heart-breaking scream for Gabe Shelley and quietly sobs in the middle of the ring. The fans feel Linette's pain, but soon they warn her that TaDa's recovering-- too late as he whirls her around and strikes her with a shoot kick to her chest. Rather than fall, she rebounds off the ropes helplessly into the Demon Horns spinning shoot kick, this time to the face! After she falls, he immediately tries to pin her with the hook of her leg and the referee counts-- one... two... no! Somehow Linette gets the shoulder up! TaDa doesn't let up, however, immediately switching from a pin attempt to a crossface, applying pressure to her head and neck. She cries out in pain, both from the submission hold and the departure of her lover, and somehow inches towards the ropes. Fortunately for her, he didn't grasp the crossface in the middle of the ring, so she easily places her left foot on the bottom rope and the referee counts against TaDa to let go. The demon does so and gets up, but just as it seems like he's backing off, he swings and kicks Linette straight in the mouth! This cheap shot earns him jeers of hate from the crowd, but he doesn't give a damn. Upon closer inspection, Linette's upper lip has been busted open from the shot, yet this does not discourage her. Instead, it just inspires her with anger, quickly getting on her feet. As soon as TaDa turns around, Linette grips his nose with her left hand and nails a side-chop so hard it actually breaks his nose! He staggers back, holding his nose and yelling in pain.
Nikko TaDa: AUGH! このいまいましい心理! ("You fucking psycho!")
Xaria Linette: That's for making my angel bleed, chienne! ("bitch!")
Immediately she Irish whips him against the turnbuckle and strikes him with a running dropkick to the nose! The impact forces him to scream as blood trails down his nostrils. She's back on her feet, but right before she takes a step towards him, she stops and clutches her head. At this point, everyone knows that she's still struggling with the "trait spirits" fighting for control. In an adrenaline spike, TaDa fights through his newfound pain, jumps back onto the second ropes and jumps Linette, whirling in a tornado and landing Devil's Rejects in the middle of the ring! The fans only boo him as he struggles to quickly go for the pin attempt, though he does after a few seconds and the referee counts but Linette kicks out at 2! This shocking result infuriates TaDa!
Nikko TaDa: That was THREE!
Referee: No, that was just a two!
Nikko TaDa: あなたと性交してください! ("Fuck you!")
Getting up, TaDa kicks Linette in the mouth, enlarging the damage done to her upper lip. The crowd's completely against the Oni Tamago at this point, still able to cheer the Rainbow Angel on. They watch as he goes to the nearest turnbuckle and climbs to the top rope-- all while she's starting to recover. He moshes up from the top rope, leaps right after she's up and goes for the Route 666-- and he's denied with a courageous Rain-BOOM! from her knee to his nose! Both of them collapse in the center! TaDa is writhing, Linette is dazed, yet "Let's go Li-nette! Let's go Ta-Da!" chants afloat from the audience, though it's louder for Linette, and they watch the referee begin a count. One... two... three... TaDa's already stirring and he forces himself to get up right after four, but Linette is up soon after. He strikes instantaneously with a chop across her chest, but she remains standing without a reaction to the strike. He stares, a bit frustrated, and hits her with a harder chop-- still nothing. One more chop to the chest, then she finally offers him a smile.
Xaria Linette: Nice try, young man.
She counters with her own kesagirl chop across his chest, so hard that it momentarily knocks the wind out of him and the fans go"woo!" She's like lightning, jumps and executes OBJECTION!, planting him head first in the middle of the ring! A pin attempt with a hook of the leg-- one... two... th-- TaDa gets the shoulder up! While the fans boo his determination, Linette's valiance remains strong and she sparkles up right after getting to her feet. As he stirs, she goes to the nearest turnbuckle, climbs to the top-- only TaDa springs himself onto the ropes and causes her to collapse, receiving a harsh landing on the turnbuckle to her womanhood! This is just as effiecient to women as it is to men and she's having a hard time recovering here. It gives him the time he needs to leap onto the second rope, throws a few rights to her face, then he too gets himself on the top rope. The fans watch helplessly as TaDa fixes Linette into a suplex position, a fisherman's suplex, and crash lands Through the Depths of Hell back into the ring! Unfortunately for TaDa, he's still aching and can't immediately go for the cover. Linette's just about out; her eyes are glazed over like she doesn't know-- let alone care-- where she is. Finally, he brings himself to the pin attempt, hooks both of her legs but somehow, someway, Linette getst the shoulder up a mere nano-second before the three!
TaDa can't believe it! The fans are loving it! Absolutely frustrated, TaDa argues with the referee, trying to convince him that it REALLY was a three to no avail. As blood continues to gush from his nostrils, TaDa gets up, leans over and forces Linette up by pulling on her hair. He yells in her face, backhands her and sends her flying over the top rope and onto the floor! The referee yells at TaDa and the two get into an argument the crowd almost covers with their boos. However, Linette's mysteriously disappeared beneath the ring. What could she be doing down there? TaDa notices her disappearance and looks around from one side of the ring. The referee starts a count, though he quivers a bit from the suddenly stomping on the mat from TaDa to flush Linette out. Right after the four count, Linette does come back out from under the ring-- with her glitter-painted steel chair! Is she thinking of hitting For Love and Justice? A wicked grin crosses her face as she climbs into the ring from TaDa and the referee's opposite side. Her sudden burst of laughter gives away her presence as TaDa whirls around, slightly wide-eyed. The referee yells at her, but she ignores him and in a fluid motion, she dashes in for the kill.
Xaria Linette: For love and justice! ...NOT!
Right at that last word, she feigns a swing that TaDa ducks under, throws the glitter chair outside of the ring, rebounds against the ropes, actually steals James Dean's Smash Sumthin' and blasts TaDa in the face with that shining wizard! She stands over his nearly unconscious form and wickedly laughs some more.
Xaria Linette: See, James? I'M A THIEF TOO! HAHA!
Then a sudden change of personalities, and she climbs over him and locks in the Angelic Clutch! TaDa hasn't quite given up just yet. He's exhausted, but he's trying his best to get out of this awful situation. Somehow he finds the determination to start crawling towards the ropes. However, Linette is quick to wrench her finishing hold harder, all while laughing at him and demanding that he surrender. He refuses. And with every drag back to the center of the ring after every attempt to get to the ropes, he slowly fades into unconsciousness. Noticing this, the referee calls for the bell and declares Linette as the winner. She doesn't immediately let go until after four more seconds of torment, then she lets up and sickly grins. Clearly, she's nowhere near in control, and this actually intimidates some of her fans.
Winner: Xaria Linette [Submission]
[/right]Xaria Linette rolls out of the ring, retrieves her glitter-painted steel chair stained in blood and gets back inside. Before Nikko TaDa even gets to react after slowly coming to, his face meets the chair and he falls back down onto the mat in pain! Xaria lifts the chair up and drives it down on Nikko's face again, again and again! Soon she's beaten his face enough to bust him wide open along with his still-bloodied nose, then she folds the chair, angles it so the top of it is facing down, and slams it onto his throat! The crowd's unsure how to react to this, though some of them are really frightened. What has become of their favorite angel?
Xaria Linette: You should have killed yourself, dumb fuck. Just the first victim of Darius the Frightening...
Darius-Xaria spits on Nikko's face and smirks. The referee attempts to stop her slaughter, but she retaliates with a chairshot to his head and knocks him unconscious! She raises her right foot up and stomps on Nikko's throat, forcing him to cough up blood and nearly choke on it. Finally she steps back and observes the damage done with an eerie smile, then she makes her way out of the ring and slowly walks backwards up the ramp. Just as she reaches the top of the stage and blows a kiss, someone comes from behind her-- it's James Dean-- and he pulls her into a standing choke hole. Gritting her teeth, she struggles for release, then she uses her glitter chair to swing back and strike the top of their heads, causing them both to fall back with Xaria on top of James.
A small trickle of blood drips from a cut on the top of James' head. He brings his hand up, wipes the blood with his hand and slaps Xaria hard in the face with it. He then throws her off him and stands up, then she follows up shortly after. While they both shake the chair shot off and face each other, James kicks her in the shin with his steel-toed boot hard. The blow causes Xaria to fall to one knee. James then grabs her by the hair and begins to drag her to the ring. Half way down Xaria drops to her knees and low blows James. She follows it up by kicking him forward forcing him to fall on the steel ramp face first. With the open opportunity, she jabs her glitter chair into his abdomen the second he's on his feet, but doesn't decide to hit him again. Instead, she tosses the chair aside, grabs him and throws him into the technical area just below the stage to the left.
Xaria pursues James and begins to hit him with Crescent Strike, but right before she can deliver the hammerfist part of the signature move, he grabs her wrists and slams her head back against the stage wall! He does this again to further stun her, blocks a knee to his crotch from her, then turns around and throws her into a barrage of steel chairs face first. She gasps and attempts to recover, barely rolling out of the way of a chairshot by James and retreating behind the curtains. He smirks, still holds the chair and goes after her, a cameraman following behind him closely. Backstage, Xaria begins to laugh maniacally and becomes Lenny the Wicked, grabs another steel chair and attempts to smash James' face with it, but he blocks it with his own chair and the two engage in a little chair duel! As hard as she tries to get the upper hand, he's much stronger than her, disarming her and slapping the chair across her face, causing her to collapse harshly against a wall and slide down.
Xaria Linette: Ugh... HAHAHA... please stop... i-it hurts...
A switch from wicked humor to misery, she starts to cry a little and curls up. James takes a few steps back appearing to end the fight but then smiles and takes a running start, kicking Cosette-Xaria right in the forehead. He then walks over to a near by chest and opens it up, pulling out a noose wrapped in barbed wire! James walks back to Xaria and viciously stomps on her stomach knocking the wind out of her. He bends down, grabs a hand full of hair with one hand and punches her in the face with the other hand which has the noose wrapped around it. Blood instantly pours out of cuts on his hand and Xaria's forehead.
James Dean: Not without your life...
The look in James' eyes is unreal, something out of a horror flick, as he wipes the blood on his knuckles off with her golden blond hair. Her hair's dyed in the crimson as she remains held up by him, and despite the harsh blows and her face being busted open, especially from her forehead, somehow she sweep kicks him off his feet, mounts him and lands closed-fist punches to his face.
Xaria Linette: We're not through yet, connard!
"Asshole." Even with her switch to anger, he's somehow able to overpower her by getting up, locking her legs around his waist and slamming her against the wall spine first. More force is used to drive her head and spine against it a few more times until she's bleeding from the back of her head, some of the precious red liquid trailing down the wall. This only changes her demeanor again, flipping to Emilio the Fearless.
Xaria Linette: I... am not afraid of what you have become, mon ami. I will protect my lady from your wrath with courage.
James Dean: Good. That will make it twice as fun ending your pathetic life.
The sadistic smile returns to James' lips as he looks directly at her chest and grinds their hips together.
James Dean: Very fun, indeed.
She gasps and flusters, clearly disgusted by this physical action. He then drives her head into the wall one last time before spinning around and slamming her onto the concrete floor. The back of her head takes a couple of sickly bounces before coming to a stop. James grabs the noose once again, lifting her head and placing it around her throat. The barbs dangerously dig into the skin around her neck, long enough to puncture but not kill. It's clear his intention is to torture her. He stands back up, noose in hand, and smiles as her body lays half on the ground and half in the air. Xaria's hands immediately go to the noose and attempts to rip it away, but it's far too secure. In a desperation move, one of her hands snakes forward, grips onto his crotch and squeezes tightly. The pain forces him to yell and release the noose, and she collapses onto the floor with blood beginning to trail from her neck. Slowly she turns on her stomach and starts crawling across the floor, then stops and tries to pull the noose off. Unfortunately, it's still locked on.
Xaria Linette: J... James... wake up... please wake up...
Tears fill her eyes, but not because of one of her spirits, but because she's reverting back to her real self. He is quick to recover and follows closely behind her, enjoying watching her crawl away in desperation. He has a sick look on his face as he lifts his foot one last time and lets it come crashing down onto Xaria's spine. She winches in pain but it doesn't last long as James falls onto her and locks in in her own Angelic Clutch! He wraps the end of the noose around his arm twice before yanking on it, wrenching her head back. Not only do the barbs dig into her flesh, but they also rip and tear at it. Her strangled screams are stomach turning, almost drowning out his sadistic laughter.
James Dean: X... Xaria... Go to sleep, bitch!
He continues laughing after mocking the fallen angel as she slowly drifts into unconsciousness. Before James is given the chance to actually choke her to death, swarms of security rush over and force him to let go, unraveling the barbed wire from around his arm and restraining him away from Xaria. Blood slowly pools from the wounds of her head and neck, blood even trailing from the corners of her mouth. EMT's are quick to come to her aid, but they too cannot relieve her of the tight noose. One of them yells for a pair of wire cutters as another runs off to get them. James decides to retreat the other way, his laughter continuing to echo throughout the halls. Is this a preview of what's going to happen in their barbed wire arsenal match at Hysteria. . .?
Backstage AJ Adams tugs on his boots to make them a little bit more snug. He stands and starts walking towards the door just as Russell Franchise walks in.
Russell Franchise: ”Are you ready to do this thing?”
AJ Adams: ”Why not? It's just one more thing before I kick your ass at Hysteria and take the Volitionary Title.”
Franchise laughs as he points at Adams.
Russell Franchise: ”You? Win at Hysteria? Mark my words, I'd rather see that Blake girl win before you won it. I'm going to beat you within an inch of your life and make you admit that you know something about my drug test.”
AJ Adams: ”Russ, that's not going to happen. You see, at Hysteria I'm going to climb that ladder and reach out and pull down the title. The fans are going to go wild as I stand above your broken and beaten body as the NEW TGW Volitionary Champion. Your A Game won't be enough and I'll continue to be better than you. I don't care if we win or lose this match, in fact, you better watch your back out there because I won't have it.”
Adams pushes himself past Franchise as they bump shoulders, heading to the ring.

Franchise pulls Blake to her feet and swings her arm around her neck, locking in a modified sleeper hold. Blake starts to slip, barely holding herself up. The fans chant and cheer her on to wake up, Blake reaches back and lands a hard shot to the jaw of Franchise. Franchise is to his feet and tries to hit the Franchise Tag on Blake as she charges, but her momentum carries her over and to her feet. She jumps, hitting a dropkick to the gut of Franchise and rolls to her feet, running to the ropes. Franchise is doubled over as Blake springboards off the middle rope, spinning and hitting the modified Sweet Kiss! She covers and that's three!
